What happens in the event of a problem with the service?

We offer a 24-hour service and resolve any problems immediately and urgently to ensure smooth operation of the care.

Is the care service legal?

Yes, all our services are provided legally and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. The legality of employment is regulated through the EU directives on freedom of services, freedom of establishment and free movement of workers, as well as through the Posted Workers Act.

How does the change of carers work?

We organise the change of carers so that the client is never left alone. Each carer must wait for their replacement to ensure continuity of care.

How is the carer's transportation organised?

We ensure that the carer is delivered directly to your door. It is not necessary to collect them at a station; we take care of everything for you.

What tasks can carers undertake?

Carers can undertake a variety of tasks, including: - Help with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, washing) - Support with mobility (transfers, walks, exercises) - Administration of medication as prescribed by doctors - Preparation and serving of meals - Help with housework (cleaning, laundry, ironing) - Shopping and errands - Providing emotional support and social interaction - Monitoring the client's health condition

What happens if the caregiver becomes ill?

If the carer falls ill, we arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible to ensure the client is never left alone. The replacement carer takes over the care as soon as possible.

What happens in the event of the client's death?

In the event of the client's death, the contract ends after 7 days. During this time, we organise the carer's transportation home and assist with handling all necessary matters.
