We are offering an exceptional opportunity for doctors who are looking for stable employment with attractive compensation in a modern general practitioner office in Austria. We are looking for qualified physicians in the fields of general medicine or internal medicine, as well as specialists (gynecologists, pediatricians, and other specialists) who meet the educational requirements recognized in Europe and have a German language proficiency of at least B2. We offer a guaranteed annual salary starting from 120,000 EUR, with the possibility of a 20% bonus for specialists. The workweek is 36 hours, providing ample time for both professional and personal life. In addition to the base salary, we also offer a profit share – 10% in the first year and 20% in the second year, with quarterly payouts. For doctors, there is an opportunity to take over the practice in the third year, representing a great career growth perspective. Additionally, we provide a company car or company apartment, as well as modern software for medical practice, extensive laboratory equipment, and ultrasound.
