Care for a 91-year-old gentleman, 180 cm, 65 kg, who has advanced dementia, forgets and loses things, has a stoma, catheter, and a venous ulcer on his leg, and moves with the help of a walker. Assistance is needed for washing and dressing. Job responsibilities include cooking, laundry, cleaning, and ironing. The gentleman lives with his wife, who is incontinent, 82 years old, 90 kg, 170 cm, and is incapacitated. She requires assistance with everything and primarily uses a wheelchair, although she can take a few steps on her own.
