The client: a woman 92 years 167 cm 72 kg
Caregiving for an 84-year-old lady with a heart condition. The senior uses a wheelchair, requires lifting, but can stand for a short time with support. She is incontinent, eats independently, is not picky about food, and enjoys Slovak cuisine. She has dementia but is very calm. The caregiver has plenty of free time and can arrange with the family for a half-day off if needed. The family is very pleasant and provides an additional 1000 CHF monthly for the caregiver's meals, allowing her to purchase what she likes. We are looking for a caregiver aged 40-55 years. The lady lives in a town 30 km from Basel in a large apartment on the 1st floor without an elevator.
