We are looking for a caregiver for a married couple Man (55 kg, 165 cm) is mobile, walks independently, and manages most tasks on his own, but requires supervision and assistance with hygiene. He has short-term memory issues, significant weakness, and a serious kidney disease for which he will be hospitalized. The caregiver must remain calm, have a strong presence, and be able to assert themselves naturally, as he previously held a leadership position. Woman (70 kg, 165 cm) is bedridden and requires full transfer. After a fall, she was hospitalized, is very weak, and completely dependent on assistance for dressing, hygiene, feeding, and toileting. Her food must be of a softer consistency, but she has no swallowing difficulties. She is fed as she cannot eat by herself. She wears diapers that need regular changing. During the day, she is in a wheelchair, and usually does not require assistance at night. A personal lift will be available. The caregiver will primarily care for the bedridden senior woman, provide partial assistance with hygiene for the mobile senior man, and manage the household – meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and general apartment care. The senior no longer leaves the house. Nighttime assistance is not required, with exceptions depending on the current condition. Accommodation is provided in a spacious apartment with a separate guest room. Internet is not currently available, but the family plans to arrange it. A shop is located approximately 10 minutes on foot. Free time is arranged individually in agreement with the family.

Of course, you can also choose another transportation method that you prefer. The caregiver pays for the journey themselves, with the family in Germany contributing €150-200 towards it, and in Switzerland 380 CHF.
In Germany, the standard length of a work period is 4 to 6 weeks, while in Switzerland it's 2 months. In the case of temporary replacements, the periods are shorter.
The salary range in Germany is between €1200 and €2200 per month on a trade license. Compensation depends on the required language and other skills, the client's health condition, and whether care is provided for an individual or a married couple. In Switzerland, the salary ranges from 2460 to 2500 CHF per month on a Swiss employment contract.
In Germany, an intermediate to good knowledge of German is most commonly required, while some families are satisfied with basic knowledge and/or require knowledge of another language, such as Czech or Russian.
