Job description

Opatrovanie 84 ročného seniora, 170 cm, 70 kg, ktorý po porážke v r. 2023 ostal ochrnutý na pol tela, má pridelený stupeň 4. Nočná práca je nutná len výnimočne, senior trpí inkontinenciou, cez deň má bažanta na moč, v noci urinálny kondóm. Psychicky je zdravý, iba krátkodobú pamäť má slabšiu. Rozhovor s ním je možný, reč má zrozumiteľnú. Na pravé oko je slepý, ľavým vidí slabšie. pohybuje sa vozíkom v dome samostatne, vonku v doprovode. Senior vyžaduje asistenciu v prezliekaním, telesnou hygienou, toaletou. V kúpeľni je lift., senior sa snaží robiť veci samostatne, kým môže. K náplni práce patrí varenie, upratovanie, pranie.. Je potrebný doprovod 2x týždenne na terapie, do domu chodí logopéd. Senior žije v dome s manželkou, ktorá sa stará o vanire, nákupy a podávanie liekov. Nepotrebuje opateru, ešte šoféruje. Opatrovateľka má k dispozícii vlasntú kúpeľňu.
