Caregiving for an 85-year-old senior (160 cm, 50 kg) residing in a village, who has incontinence and a tumor condition, Pflegegrad 3. She is fully oriented, communicates clearly, can engage in conversation and express her needs, has impaired hearing, so speaking loudly and clearly is necessary, and her vision is age-appropriate. This involves care for one person without dementia and no night work; the senior has unsteady walking, is mobile with a walker, and can walk and stand independently. She suffers from urinary incontinence and uses pads or adult diapers, without bowel incontinence. She is unsteady in walking, mobile with a walker, and walks and stands without assistance. Additional diagnoses include peritoneal carcinoma, kidney problems, and back pain. Tasks include assistance with dressing and hygiene with partial support, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry, shared meals, monitoring fluid intake, support with daily hygiene including showering and hair washing, ensuring medication intake, errands, maintaining daily structure, companionship, conversation, and shared walks; night work is not required. The caregiver should have good German language skills, smoking is allowed only outside the house, a driver's license is not required, and an empathetic and kind nature is desired.

We are looking for a caregiver for a 67-year-old lady (178 cm, 70 kg) in the city of Konstanz (78465). The lady is partially paralyzed (tetraplegia) following an accident in 2018, primarily using a wheelchair for mobility. She can slightly move her right hand and, with support, can stand and take a few steps. At home, she moves with a wheelchair, and outside, she uses an electric three-wheeled vehicle. She has a suprapubic catheter, and bowel movements are controlled. She is not demented, is fully oriented, mentally alert, and communication is without issues.
She requires assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, showering, using the toilet, including support with transfers, hygiene, and changing the bag. She eats independently, but meals need to be cut, and her fluid intake should be monitored. She helps according to her abilities and participates in joint activities and conversations. Maintaining a daily routine and providing companionship is also important.
The household also includes her husband, who does not require care but has limited mobility due to shoulder surgery, so household assistance for both is needed. Night work is not required.
The caregiver will have a private room with a balcony, internet, and personal furniture. Accommodation is provided in a family house in the city of Konstanz, which offers good public amenities. Time off is possible by agreement. We are looking for an empathetic and physically fit caregiver with a good command of the German language.

We are looking for a caregiver (preferably an older male) with intermediate German skills to assist a 62-year-old senior woman. The senior is mostly bedridden due to worsening multiple sclerosis but is fully mentally oriented. She uses a wheelchair and requires complete assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and transfers. A ceiling lift is available, and the senior cooperates during transfers.
The job responsibilities include assisting with transfers from bed to wheelchair and to the toilet approximately every 2.5 hours, meal preparation, shopping, general household care, and assistance with daily activities. A caregiving service arrives in the morning for basic hygiene, and cleaning help is provided once a week. Nighttime assistance is needed 1–2 times for toilet transfers. A calm Yorkshire Terrier lives in the household. The caregiver has their own room with internet access, and free time is available by arrangement, whenever the senior does not require transfer assistance.

Caregiving for a 90-year-old senior (60 kg, 158 cm) who is mentally fit for her age and communicates well, but is physically limited due to overall weakness and a high risk of falling. The senior currently cannot put weight on her knee, cannot stand up or walk independently, and is therefore reliant on a wheelchair. Assistance is required for transferring from bed (the client can stand briefly, and a swivel disc or lift may be available), as well as help with hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits, including incontinence care. Monitoring medication intake, prepared by her daughter, is also part of the responsibilities.
The job duties include maintaining the household, doing laundry, cleaning, and cooking on a gas stove. Large shopping trips are done together with the daughter, while smaller shops are within walking distance. Night assistance is not regular; the senior usually sleeps through the night, but supervision is needed if she wakes up to prevent falling out of bed. The senior lives in a family house, residing on the ground floor.
A furnished room with internet and a private bathroom in the family house is prepared for the caregiver. Free time is arranged in agreement with the daughter. A non-smoker with a good knowledge of the German language is required.

Caregiving for an 86-year-old man living in a family house in Neumarkt i.d.OPF. The senior suffers from moderately advanced dementia, which worsens during the day, causing confusion and disorientation. He is mobile within the house using a wheelchair but can stand and take a few steps with assistance, so support is needed for walking practice with a rollator. He has a catheter in place.
The caregiver will assist with dressing, hygiene, transfers, and daily activities. Assistance with basic hygiene (including showering on a chair), supervision, and guidance in the daily routine, as well as mobility support, are very important. Within the household, the caregiver will be responsible for cooking, laundry, and light cleaning. Larger shopping is handled by another person, while smaller shops are accessible on foot.
Night work is generally not required, only exceptionally in the absence of the partner, with a baby monitor available. The senior requires an afternoon nap. Lifting may be necessary, so it is important that the caregiver is physically fit.
The senior lives in a family house with his partner, who is fully independent, and a domestic helper regularly visits. The caregiver has access to a large private room with its own bathroom and internet. There is a cat (free-roaming) in the household that needs feeding. Free time is possible by arrangement with the senior's partner.

Caregiving for a 99-year-old Senior (158 cm, 55 kg)
The senior suffers from general age-related weakness, an increased risk of falls, forgetfulness, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD – with extremely impaired vision). Occasionally, she experiences mild depression, but her mental state is otherwise good. She moves independently with the help of a rollator. She requires partial assistance with dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Lifting the patient is not necessary (only exceptionally, if she falls). Night work is currently not required, as she uses the bell only 1–2 times a month.
Job responsibilities include assistance with basic hygiene in a barrier-free bathroom, help with dressing and toileting, meal preparation, household management, laundry, shopping, and watering plants once a day (a cleaner visits once a week). Medications are prepared weekly by a nursing service. Providing companionship and ensuring the senior's safety is an important part of the role.
Accommodation is provided in a family house with an area of 160 m² in a village where the senior lives alone. A very nice private guest room of 16 m² is available for the caregiver, with a view of the forest and garden, equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), and the option to purchase a TV. Free time is arranged by agreement.

In the town of Winterlingen (Postal Code 72474), we are looking for a caregiver with a good command of German, who is calm, empathetic, and an active driver. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment.
Profile of the Senior: Care is intended for a 90-year-old lady (150 cm, 40 kg), who is mobile and physically independent but suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's and has had a stroke (09/2024). She has been assigned care level 3, and an application for an increase has been submitted.
The senior is well-oriented in her home environment, only partially outside. She recognizes people and names, speaks clearly, and conversation is possible. She suffers from poor vision (macular degeneration, vision about 15%) and impaired hearing – uses a hearing aid.
She is independent in hygiene, dressing, eating, and toilet use, but needs supervision, gentle guidance, and maintenance of daily structure. She likes her order, garden, and contact with friends, but does not readily accept help, so a patient and sensitive person is sought.
Description of the Situation and Caregiver's Duties: The main task is companionship and support in everyday life – overseeing medication intake, accompanying to the doctor, physiotherapist, or hairdresser (1× weekly), assisting with shopping, minor household chores, and the garden. Meal preparation, spending time together, walks, visits with acquaintances, and maintaining a daily routine are also expected.
There are no other residents in the house, only occasional visits from family and friends. A dog is occasionally present (visits).
Accommodation: The caregiver is provided with a fully furnished room in a family house with internet access.
Nighttime Assistance: Not required.
Time Off: As agreed.
